We offer our sea moss in gel or gummy form. It is recommended to take 2 tbsp. of gel daily or 2-3 gummies daily to get the most benefit. For children the recommended dosage is 1 tbsp. or 1 gummy daily.

We make most of our orders fresh to order. Processing time is a minimum of 2 days to soak and blend and an additional day to deliver or pick up, so a total of 3 days. For shipping, processing time is the same, but we ONLY ship our orders on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid sitting in post office, so please expect your order to arrive no later than a week for shipping only.
